Easter Menu 2016

Spring weather has come early just like Easter this year!  It’s hard to believe that Easter is a mere two weeks away.  Our chefs have designed a menu that’s both affordable and hassle free so that you’ll have more time with your family and less time slaving over the stove.

Please choose one of the following proteins:
Carved slow-roasted old fashioned ham, Ontario cider glaze, fall fruit chutney
$160 for a half a ham (serves 15 ppl), $225 per ham (serves 30 ppl)
OR
Garlic rubbed AAA Prime Rib Roast*, thyme-infused horseradish, rich gravy
$195 for half (serves 10 ppl), $350 for whole (serves 20 ppl)
OR
Slow-roasted mint and rosemary Ontario leg of lamb, natural jus, housemade mint sauce
$160 per leg (serves 8 – 10 ppl)

Please choose any four sides from the following options:
Buttermilk biscuits (1.5 large per person)
Roasted new potatoes, spring herbs, sea salt, butter
Rosemary Yorkshire Pudding (1.5 per person)
Sweet potato and Yukon Gold scalloped potatoes, gruyere topping
Buttery mashed Yukon potatoes, chives
Honey-roasted root vegetables, picked herbs
Broccoli and cauliflower au gratin
Spring peas, snow peas and pancetta, butter, fine herbs
Grilled asparagus, lemon drizzle, chevre (room temp)
Buttered green beans, sautéed shallots, toasted almonds
Roasted Brussels sprouts, pancetta, shallots and orange peel
Watercress and endive salad, crumbled blue, buttered croutons, walnuts, red wine vinaigrette
Bibb lettuce salad, asparagus, shaved radish, citrus mint vinaigrette

Please choose one of the following desserts:
Spiced carrot cake, butter cream cheese icing, fresh floral garnish
Flourless chocolate hazelnut and citrus torte, citrus cream
Coconut cream tart, dark chocolate sauce
Yuzu-citrus tart, torched 7-minue meringue cloud
Vanilla Easter sprinkle cupcakes, mini candy egg garnish
Individual pavlovas, lemon curd, whipped cream

$22 per person plus taxes for sides and desserts
Hors d’oeuvres available on request, $2.75 a piece
Additional sides or desserts available for $4 per person
