Holiday Dinner Menu

The holidays are upon us and with the hustle and bustle of it all we can help with eliminating the stress of having to shop and prep dinner too!   Our dinner menu is full of timeless classics and a few modern updates thrown in for good measure.

All foods come prepped and ready to cook with full heating instructions.  All orders will have to be picked up or delivered (additional charge for delivery) on Friday December 23 before 2:30pm.  Get in touch with our event coordinators today (416.233.9863 or events@ypcatering.com) to place your order.

HOLIDAY MENU 2016
Please choose one of the following proteins:
Butter-basted whole turkey (minimum of 12 people), savoury & rosemary rub, Cointreau-scented cranberry sauce, rich turkey gravy
$12 per person
OR
Butter-basted turkey breasts and thigh rolls savoury & rosemary rub, Cointreau-scented cranberry sauce, rich turkey gravy
Breast: 6 lb average, 10 – 12 portions – $99 per
Thigh rolls (boneless): 1.5 lb average, 3 – 4 portions – $25 per
OR
Carved slow-roasted old fashioned ham, Ontario cider glaze, fall fruit chutney
$160 for a half a ham (feeds 15 ppl), $225 per ham (feeds 30 ppl)
OR
Garlic rubbed AAA Prime Rib Roast, thyme-infused horseradish, rich gravy
$195 for half (feeds 10 ppl), $350 for whole (feeds 20 ppl)

Please choose any four sides from the following options:
Classic sage and onion stuffing with herbs
Wild rice stuffing, roasted chestnuts, apple, herbs
Buttermilk biscuits (1.5 large per person)
Rosemary Yorkshire Pudding (1.5 per person)
Sweet potato mash, spiced maple cream
Buttery mashed Yukon potatoes, chives
Honey-roasted root vegetables, picked herbs
Broccoli and cauliflower au gratin
Buttered green beans, sautéed shallots, toasted almonds
Roasted Brussels sprouts, pancetta, shallots and orange peel
Wilted winter greens, garlic, thyme
Spinach and radicchio salad with oranges, shaved fennel and citrus dressing
Classic Caesar: hearts of romaine, shaved parmesan, herbed croutons and
roasted garlic dressing
Fall greens, poached pears, goat cheese, toasted pecans, champagne vinaigrette

Please choose one of the following desserts:
Spiced pumpkin or apple pie, pecan crumble topping, maple Chantilly
Apple tarte tatin, puff pastry, cinnamon cream, candied nuts
Spiced Carrot or gingerbread cake, butter cream cheese icing (GF available)
Chocolate ganache tart, chocolate shortcrust, chocolate glaze, citrus whipped cream
Ginger and white chocolate mousse trifle, caramel

$20 per person plus taxes for sides and desserts
Hors d’oeuvres available on request, $2.75 a piece
Additional sides or desserts available for $4 per person
